Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and quiet, meeting our request for a room with a view of the city center. However, cleanliness issues like mold in the bathroom, a leaking shower, and stains on the carpet were disappointing. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, but the breakfast and dining options were average at best.
The hotel had lovely rooms, but mine wasn't even ready and was strewn with cleaning supplies and tools. There was too much furniture in our tiny room. However, the room I eventually got was nice and comfortable, with a good shower and blackout curtains.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room had all the little extras like glassware and quality bedding, along with a great view of the Obelisk. The location was superb, right in the historic center, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining options, although basic, could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice little extras like glassware and quality bedding. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great suggestions for activities and dining. The location is amazing, right by the Obelisk and close to key attractions. The dining experience was basic but typical. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel's location is superb, right by the obelisk, but the room facing the courtyard was small, dark, and lacked WiFi signal. The service was attentive and Italian-speaking, though the dining options were limited. The value for money is excellent despite some shortcomings.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were spacious, bright, and offered a view of the Obelisco, which was fantastic. However, they were really dirty, especially later in the day. On the upside, the room had everything you'd need after a long cruise or a tiring flight, and the exceptional service at the reception was a bonus, offering help with taxis, sightseeing, valuable advice, and even language assistance.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had some great amenities like glassware and good lighting, but it also showed signs of age with dated furnishings. The location was superb, right beside the Obelisk, offering easy access to attractions. The dining options were decent, although limited. The service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff being very accommodating and others lacking problem-solving skills.
I was thrilled with the fantastic location of the hotel, directly across from The Obelisk and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The rooms, equipped with European socket converters, offered a pleasant view of The Obelisk and were wonderfully soundproof. The overall experience was satisfactory, although a few improvements could boost the value.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, offering a wonderful view of the main square and the obelisk, but they were a bit dated and showed signs of mold in various areas. The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly helpful and nice. The location, right in the middle of the city and next to the iconic obelisk, couldn't be better, but the dining experience was quite mediocre. The facilities were adequate, although there were some visible maintenance issues.
The hotel was in a prime location, perfect for exploring the historic center and enjoying the vibrant city life. The rooms were spacious and quiet, but showed signs of wear and mold issues. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The dining experience fell short of expectations, lacking warm meal options and offering too many sweet foods. The facilities were adequate but could use some improvement.
